HR Audits: What You Need to Know About HR Practices

Today, Anna Smith came to our office to present the following information to a group of our clients.  In her presentation, Anna defined an HR Audit, discussed the rationale for performing one, highlighted the key components of a successful Audit as well pointed out  some common areas of concern for many employer groups.

She does a great job of hitting the highlights in this 36 minute presentation.  It is well worth the time to review.
